You can take things apart to move them and it won't destory your entire system. Great game with tons of fun automations and it never feels overwhelming or like you have to restart over and over in order to optimize your build (like Factorio felt for me).

Still worth paying full price though imo. I can say it's totally worth getting, but you just missed the sale, doh! Lol. Why it's in early access still, I have no idea. And each one has it's own milestones within it that you unlock roughly 4-5 milestones per tier. There's building progression tiers, where you unlock more equipment/building options and whatnot, and I'm only in tier 2 while there's a total of 8 so far. I've barely broken the surface and I've got 16hrs on it. There is more than enough content for it to be considered a full release imo.

Yeah I was holding off for quite some time and did a lot of asking around first before I finally pulled the trigger. Are there other creature collector games that have less focus on puzzle platforming? I enjoy the battles, but I could do with less battles, and have some other activities in between, like a little mining and crafting. One game I enjoyed a lot recently was Monster Sanctuary. I'm not sure if Kenshi is worth the money for me. I also played Don't Starve and I kind of enjoyed it, but I think I'm looking for something else. I played for 10 hours, and almost didn't explore anything, because feeding the colonists, managing their craze fits or alcoholism or other stuff was too time consuming. Rimworld was a little too focused on grind and micromanaging everything for me. I enjoyed Starbound boss fights and how all the game progression with mining and crafting led to me being able to take on the boss. * Combat, some puzzles, some survival elements. I enjoy some of the collectathons like 'farm X types of foods to level up something'. * I usually enjoy variety of activities like mining, crafting, fishing, farming, cooking. Quests, storyline, or at least leveling up the character to be able to beat more difficult monsters and reach new places. Discovering new biomes, hidden places, new towns. I played Subnautica, and enjoyed it for about 30 hours, but it became too scary. I already played Stardew Valley, Graveyard Keeper and My Time At Portia.

It doesn't have a definite quest line or story.
